Be aware of ticket scams
- Third-party sites may pop up first on your search results, and may or may not be selling legitimate tickets. A ticket that doesn’t scan will not be considered valid if purchased from a third party. Check that the URL you are buying from begins “artstickets.utah.edu” or “utahpresents.org”.
- Ticket resellers, ticket exchange, ticket reseller websites, and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Kingsbury Hall or UtahPresents. If you purchase from a non-authorized person or ticket broker, you risk purchasing an invalid, lost, or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance. Anyone who purchases tickets from a third-party reseller or ticket broker does so at his or her own risk.
- Tickets to arts events at the University of Utah, including Kingsbury Hall, Libby Gardner Hall, and Marriott Center for Dance must be purchased through the Kingsbury Hall Box Office, artstickets.utah.edu, utahpresents.org, or official fan club sites.
Access Your Account: login to print a receipt or access your tickets.
If you printed your tickets or downloaded them on your phone, please come directly to the doors. No need to visit the Box Office!
Online ticket sales will end 1 hour prior to an event. This does not mean an event is sold out. Please call the Box Office at 801-581-7100 or come to the box office to purchase tickets.
Ticket Policies
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Ticketing fees are applied regardless of method of purchase, online or in person.
- Replacement tickets for lost, damaged or destroyed tickets purchased through Kingsbury Box Office may be obtained by contacting the ticket office.
- Before finalizing your purchase, please carefully review your event and seating selection.
- Discounts are not retroactive.
- For some events, tickets may be exchanged in advance for another performance of the same production. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date & time of your original tickets. Exchanges are based on availability and comparable seats are not guaranteed. A $4 fee per transaction will be assessed.
- In the rare event performances are canceled or postponed, Kingsbury Box Office shall use reasonable efforts to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that performance. Only the original purchaser will be eligible for a refund. If you bought your tickets from a third party, refunds must be requested from the third party.
- “Ticket Limits” may limit you to a specified number of tickets for an event. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the posted limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
- Large groups requesting to purchase seats together may contact our box office and we will be happy to assist.

- Parking on campus is limited and there may be a fee. Please observe all posted signs.
- A limited number of ADA parking spots are available on President's Circle. These are labeled as ADA and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Although your GPS app will direct you to enter President's Circle and arrive in front of the venue, there is extremely limited parking on Presidents Circle and you likely be frustrated by the traffic getting in and out. Unless you are looking for ADA parking or dropping someone off, your best bet is to avoid President's Circle and go directly to one of the nearby parking locations.
