PARKING
- On-campus event parking will be specific to each event and communicated in a pre-show email, sent to the email address that purchased the ticket(s). Many events will have a free on-campus parking option. For additional questions, contact Box Office at 801-581-7100 or UtahPresents@Utah.edu
- For those with accessibility needs, a limited number of reserved parking spots are available in front of Kingsbury Hall for events. See the parking attendant for availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

MOBILITY ACCESS
All events at Kingsbury Hall are accessible to those using mobility devices. The accessible entrance is the Southeast door.
Please note that large mobility devices like walkers and wheelchairs that are not being sat-in will need to be checked in the lobby with an usher.

Hours
Tues-Fri 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. and 90 minutes before performances. The Box Office will close approximately 30 minutes after the performance begins.

Be aware of ticket scams
- Third-party sites may pop up first on your search results and may or may not be selling legitimate tickets. A ticket that doesn’t scan will not be considered valid if purchased from a third party. Check that the website you are purchasing from is one of our official sites.
- Ticket resellers, ticket exchange, ticket reseller websites, and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Kingsbury Hall or UtahPresents. If you purchase from a non-authorized person or ticket broker, you risk purchasing an invalid, lost, or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance. Anyone who purchases tickets from a third-party reseller or ticket broker does so at his or her own risk.

Security Screening
Safety of all people is our top priority! Security screenings may be in place for an event, including bag checks and the use of metal detectors. The following items are prohibited at all events:
- Strollers and car seats
- Umbrellas
- Outside food and drink. All glass bottles/water bottles.
- Weapons *except as expressly permitted by state law
- Disruptive devices (tripods, balloons, signs, noisemakers, posters, etc.)
- Some events may have additional prohibited items. Please check the Know Before You Go email that is sent prior to each event.
Bag Size Restriction
Small personal bags up to 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches are permitted, clear bags are not required. Patrons will be asked to return oversized bags to their vehicles prior to entering the building. Exceptions will be made for medical devices and diaper bags accompanying an infant.

- Patrons agree to follow all University of Utah policies and instructions from venue staff.
- The University of Utah is a tobacco-free campus. E-Cigarettes are not allowed in campus buildings. In accordance with the University’s effort to promote a healthy, tobacco-free environment for our students, staff, faculty and visitors, our venues do not provide smoking areas.
- Late-seating will vary for each event and may not guarantee your original seat or refunds.
- Disruptive audience members may be asked to leave the venue.
- No re-entry. If you leave the venue, you forfeit your ability to re-enter.
- Sensory advisories for performances will be posted in the lobby. These may include haze, strobe, or other effects.
- Most performances will prohibit all photos and videos, anyone who does not adhere to this policy may be asked to leave the venue.

- Auditorium exits are clearly marked with lighted exit signs above each door. In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of venue staff.
