Kingsbury Hall | Apr 17 @ 7:30 pm
Apr 18 @ 7:30pm

The University of Utah School of Dance presents an unforgettable collaborative concert featuring a historic restaging, a fresh take on a classic story, and a new faculty choreographed work. In celebration of Repertory Dance Theatre’s (RDT) 60th anniversary, University of Utah students will take the stage with RDT artists for a re-staging of Helen Tamiris’ Dances for Walt Whitman. University student dancers will also be featured in a whimsical restaging of Peter and the Wolf, with Prokofiev’s iconic score performed live by the University of Utah School of Music’s Philharmonia. Additionally, the concert will feature a new work by School of Dance faculty member, Melissa Bobick.
